Chambal Safari Tour from Delhi by Car

Overview

This six-day tour of Kashmir departs from and returns to Delhi. You are given access to inexpensive lodging in Kashmir as well as private transportation for touring. On the Kashmir Tour from Delhi, you get to see Srinagar, Pahalgam, Gulmarg, and Sonamarg.

Day 01: Arrive Srinagar

You will arrive at Srinagar Airport on the first day of Delhi. Upon arrival, you will be met by our automobile and driven straight to the houseboat on Dal Lake where your first night's accommodation has already been reserved. Your local Srinagar tour will begin after a refreshment with stops at the Chasmashahi Garden, Nishat Bag, and Shalimar Garden, which was constructed by the Mughals in the spirit of Heaven. After that, proceed to the well-known Mughal Gardens and the Shankaracharya temple, which is perched atop a hill. Enjoy a boat trip around Dal Lake and the local artisan stalls. There is a lot more to buy here, including traditional clothes, Shawls, coats, carpets, and rugs. Spend the night in a hotel.

Day 02: Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar

After breakfast, depart for Kashmir's highland station of Gulmarg. The drive from Srinagar to Gulmarg is spectacular as you pass through flower fields, verdant grass valleys, and snow-capped mountains. You can enjoy horseback riding, an 18-hole golf course, Asia's longest cable car trip, and the Shiva temple located in the valley's heart here. Enjoy your time here while shopping and take some wonderful photos. Go back to your hotel to spend the night.

Day 03: Srinagar - Sonamarg - Srinagar

You will begin your drive to Kashmir's most picturesque hill destination, Sonmarg, today. Sonmarg refers to the golden meadows that are 2743 metres above sea level. You may explore the Thajiwas Glacier, the Baltal Valley, which is the starting and concluding place of the Shri Amaranth Ji Yatra, the Gadsar Lakes, the Zozila Paas, and other attractions while you're here. Return to your accommodation in Srinagar and spend the night there.

Day 04: Srinagar - Pahalgam

Start your drive to Pahalgam, also known as the "valley of shepherds," as early as possible. Pahalgam is situated where the Lidder River and Sheeshnag Lake's streams converge. Upon arrival in Pahalgam, take in the natural splendour of the area or go to Baisaran to observe the vast pine forests and expanses of lush green grass. Then proceed to the valley of Hajan and Betaab, where the renowned Bollywood film Betaab was filmed. The following destination is Chandanwari, the starting location of the Shri Amaranth Yatra, where you will see some minor waterfalls. Enjoy the horseback riding and the sound of rivers flowing from mountains that are kissed by the sun. Visit a hotel in Pahalgam for the night.

Day 05: Pahalgam - Srinagar

Following the wholesome breakfast, you will be taken to Srinagar. After arriving, take in the Dal Lake's Shikara ride and Nehru Garden tour, which are both located in the middle of the lake. As this marks the conclusion of your Delhi Kashmir trip package, the evening is free to explore the marketplaces. Spend the night in a hotel.

Day 06: Depart from Srinagar

After breakfast you will be transfer to Srinagar Airport to board your flight to Delhi.
